Greetings folks,

I am working on a Gaia University project, and I would love to have some locals submit new, original, old or forgotten recipes on;

homegrown, organic, local, vegetarian, vegan, raw, wild, macrobiotic, fruitarian, holistic, medicinal or other fringe food grouping.

Does not have to be all of these, just one or two. Especially local.

It would be open source, free, available to the public on the internet, with a nice, hand bound hardcover edition also for sale...

all proceeds would be directed to a local community food based non profit
