Hey all. the cob workshop with Ianto Evans at the Wright Ranch was fantastic. For all who weren't there you missed a gorgeous day of playing in the mud and learning from a master. For all who were there thanks for doing what it took to step out of intertia, support the guild, and come revel in the permaculture glow!
Speaking of permaculture glow... The food forestry workshop yesterday in Fallbrook was also amazing. The Fallbrook site is an example of a mature permaculture site (a rare thing in So. Cal) with the most astounding diversity of food trees I've ever seen. The canyon where the site rests is magical and worth doing whatever it takes to get there next time there's something going on. Just spending the day picking Jerry Price's brain is worth the trip a hundred times over!
Looking forward to seeing more of your faces at upcoming events!

Re: checking in, event reports
Mon, March 29, 2004 - 6:00 PMIf you want to visit let me know and I'll get in touch with Jerry. I think it's by invitation only. I'd love to go back. We could make a workparty out of it. I think we're short events for May... -
