Hi all,

Please consider volunteering for the fundraiser at the Pagan Love Fest!!!

Here are the details on the fundraiser as I have them:
The Pagan Love Fest will be on June 25th (Friday).

The event can be publicized freely to individuals, as well as a few select lists. Please do not post to Twan's list or other huge lists, which could bring in more people than the space can handle.

A silent auction and/or raffle is fine, but Yogi requests that announcements of winners not be done at the party but be done after the fact by email. A 5 minute max announcement might be possible but I am not sure. I think the least intrusive way to do this would be to have a raffle for one or 2 big prizes that a lot of people will want, and have jars at the bar and food area.

DJs for the event will be Finger, Poncho, Satan, Zak
Brown, and DJXRAY.

The bar will be provided by the Naked Ladies crew.

We still need volunteers to help with food, as far as I know.

Yogi has a strong preference for a work party on June 20th, as he will be out of town for 2 weeks before that. An evening work party is also a possibility, if people are interested. The alternative would be to do the work party after the love fest. Does anyone want to take on organizing and coordinating this????

We also need some kind of "booth" for the kissing booth, as well as volunteers.

It looks like both Camille and I will be out of town the week before the event. I am trying to change my plans, but the trip is work related. So we REALLY need volunteers!!!
